Barely used four of these chairs. At first they looked great but in a couple of months the paint started to come off and the wood has broken apart. Wish I bought something more durable and better quality.

We purchased 6 of these and within 3 months, they are all falling apart. The wood has split in numerous places and one of them broke while I was sitting in it. All of this is with minimal use. I would highly recommend finding a different value-option chair. You are far better off with the cheap plastic ones from your local box store. You may also take into consideration that you literally have to assemble every piece of wood you see here. Nothing is pre-assembled in box.

So far we are enjoying the chairs. They do take a lot of time and patience to put together, took us about 2 hours per chair. Some of the holes weren’t aligned so we had to redrill a few. We got the natural wood version so no worries with paint chipping, although we are considering getting a sealant for them so they last longer. Love the color of the natural wood as well!

Terrible product- very difficult to put together- I bought 4 hired someone to put them together since they come in a million pieces , set them out and within a week the paint is off and the arms are splitting- I have had these on my patio for less than 30 days.

I cannot believe this item is actually for sale at target! The quality as absolutely horrible: no finish on the paint causing it to COMPLETELY fall off, the wood is so brittle I am am scared to sit on it and it is incredibly narrow where one cannot sit comfortably. I bought a total of 2 - I will be returning the other. My mother bought 4 total and they all have the same issues. This is a piece of junk and is 100% not worth the money.

My fault for not reading the reviews. Comes in a long narrow box and you need to do ALL of the assembly. Have not decided yet on keeping or retuning. Beautiful blue color but do I really want to assemble every piece for 3 chairs?

The assembly is way more complicated than necessary. Every single piece must be put together. As this chair folds up, I can't understand why the manufacturer doesn't just fold and ship it as is (other than profit, of course). Instructions recommend using a drill, but that's not a suggestion. The drill is required without the brute strength of Hulk. The directions are all pictures with drawings not accurately illustrating some parts. Honestly, it's not worth the trouble. Unless building things from the ground up is a joy and skill you already possess, either pay more for an assembled (or at least partially assembled) chair or be prepared to pay someone else to assemble it for you.

Would give zero stars if I could. The paint was peeling and wood split in multiple places. Supposedly holds 350 pounds and I wouldn’t trust it to hold a watermelon. Target was unhelpful and stated a refund or store credit wasn’t possible because it’s “third party”. I’ve shopped at target for years and it’s sad that a $50 purchase will prevent further shopping here. BUYER BEWARE
