A perfect amount of vitamin K

These are a great price and the amount is perfect if you are taking an extra vitamin D supplement and want Vitamin K. In the winter, especially when I can't get much sunlight, I take them with my Vitamin D 2,000 IU and some Vitamin C. about 250mg. in the morning. It's just the right amount so you don't get too much daily vitamin K if you also take a regular multi-vitamin that has Vitamin K as well later in the day.

It made me sick after taking it for 2 weeks. Other than being sensitive to OILS all OILS because they oxidize in your body. The sunflower seed oil is a big no. I love swanson brand but anything with seed oil is trash.

Have no idea whether these help.

After receiving repeated requests from Swanson to share my opinion of the supplements I bought, I've decided to say what I honestly think. After about five weeks of taking this zinc, K, and D3, I don't see or feel a bit of difference (and don't expect to.) Maybe they've help support my immune system and maybe not. The prices seemed good and delivery was on time. There's my review!

Swanson’s K2 Helps build Better Bones

In addition to my calcium intake I add K2. Years ago I heard Dr. Oz talk about using K2 with your calcium regiment for building better bones. It directs the calcium to the bones. I was skeptical at first but my bone density test has proven that Swanson‘s K2 Really works.!
