GREEN LIPPED MIRACLE
Been taking Green Lipped Mussels over 10 yrs. After the first 2-3 weeks the swelling was gone from my ankles, I had bought a cane to help me walk, which I never had to use after taking the mussels. I read that the Maori tribe in New Zealand where the mussels are from don't suffer from arthritis because these mussels are part of their diet.

Great product for joint pain. Much cheaper and better results then Omega XL. Do your research regarding how many milligrams you need per day to get results. One capsule is not going to do the job. I'm an active senior and my dosage is 2 capsules three times per day. Equates to 3,000 mg. Results took 6 to 8 weeks so don't be looking for instant gratification. You may notice with high dosages for long term use a change in your body odor. Just cut back the dosage for a few days and the order goes away. Resume your normal dosage and adjust accordingly. I've used the product for years for shoulder and knee pain. As mentioned in other reviews the bottle smells when you open it but the capsules have no taste.

5 stars...from my dog! No stars from my husband, who couldn’t get past the smell. My 9 year old dog has become very picky about her food. This stinky stuff has Lily back on her feed, and is much cheaper than dog supplements containing the mussels.

Good and bad.
These I take for inflammation, but the odor is very fishy, I am afraid it will upset my system so take garlic or oregano pills with them. I wonder if Swansons can improve them? I tried the more costly mussel pills but there is little difference. Gas seems to be worse.

Seems to be helping

niacin flush feeling
I took 1 pill. It made me itchy (like pins needles niacin flush feeling). I bought it for the dogs. They love the taste! Can't speak to effectiveness.

Excellent supplement
The product reduces the swelling and soreness in my knees and enables me to walk up and down stairs using alternating legs instead of one lead leg only. It also keeps my eyes remarkably healthy. Two friends of mine with macular degeneration have proven improvement in their eyes plus less joint pain and swelling.

Green Lipped Muscle: I won’t buy it again. Too hard on my stomach.
Unable to take it. It gave me severe acid indigestion & that caused reflux. The problems Stopped when I stopped taking it. I couldn’t return it because it was passed the return window. I’m giving it to a friend who takes it.

Cheaper Than The Advertised Brand and Works Amazingly Well!!
The product is as described. I had such horrible pain in my hands and I was afraid at some point I would have very limited mobility. I tried the freeze dried because it was cheaper and it is absolutely a God send. I take two capsules every morning. After a week or two I noticed the pain had stopped!!

Works wonders!
This is a wonderful product! It helps my inflammation so well. I no longer take my Aleve pills, that can cause kidney damage. My knees are arthritic but I can walk, move bend now with little pain. Safe for dogs
Our breeder recommended we give these to our dog for joint health. She’s 12 and had an ACL tear at 10.5 and was limping quite a bit. She has done so well on this supplement. She no longer lumps and can walk a mile or so with us. So glad she’s doing so well for her age.
