Lecithin for the Heart

I started using this based on the reports that Lecithin is good for the heart. I am not sure of the results as my blood work came back maybe just a little bit better. I hope that see even better results the second time around. I know that Lecithin has many great benefits that I hope that I am getting in these supplements. For some it might be a larger pillthat they might have trouble swallowing.

Surprising Benefit

Saw a YT video saying soy helped hot flashes but need to make sure it was non gmo, then I remembered this purchase. This has really helped my hot flashes and night sweats.

Hi-Po VItes ios a great product.

I find the capsules the exact same size and color as the Hi Po Multiple so sometimes get them mixed up. Otherwise they are fine. It would help to have a different color. And it would be WONderful if I could get the Hi Po Vites again - there is nothing on the market that is as good as that!

This is a perfect complement for your health.

If you are concerned about your health you should take a minimum of (2) soft gel capsules a day with flaxseed oil with high lignin 1200mb a day. These products are perfect for your cholesterol. I give it 5 stars.

Lecithin is good for brain functioning.

My doctor wants me to take lecithin along with prescription drugs for mental illness. My experience has been reduction of symptoms and generally good progress overall.

If a person gets canker sores, should definitely take Lecithin every day.

I started taking this when I was getting canker sores all the time. I had read that this would help. It definitely did. I do t get them at all anymore. I would recommend this.
