Stomach Problems
Cannot say whether boswellia was effective in improving joint discomfort. The herb caused significant intestinal problems within a few weeks of taking. Had to discontinue use.

Meniscus tear, hadn't felt like it had gotten any better in 3 months, severe limp, burning soreness and having to constantly have a cane with me. Started this product and I was walking mostly without a cane within a week, less sore and stronger.... Now 7 months since tear, pain is intermittent and only when I over do it... still limp at times, but I swear by this stuff. i used the one with turmeric as well...

Boswellia to the rescue.
Love this product. I have osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. I was using Motrin which started causing bleeding under my skin so I looked for an alternative to take for the pain in my hands and back. The boswellia has decreased the amount of discomfort I was having. I would recommend trying the boswellia to see if it aides in reducing discomfort.

Definitely helps with osteo arthritis pain reduction. Allow 60 - 90 days for full effect. Must stay on it. No side effects noted. Better for you than pain medication.

This stuff works!
I tried this this hoping that it would work for the various pains that I experience in my aging body. This stuff works unlike the majority of other natural herbs that are sold as "pain relievers". Swanson sells this at a good price, though in the future I would like to see less additives like: "microcrystalline cellulose"

Boswellia helps
Usually I took Zyflamend, but discovered this cheaper alternative. I usually take the Now Brand double strength Boswellia extract, but thought I'd give this a try. To get the same amount of extracts, I have to take 3 Swanson caps, so their price is about $3 more for every 90 capsules. Hope the effectiveness is worth the extra cost. Will update.

Used worldwide for thousands of years, Boswellia, known in 'the old days' as Frankincense, is written about everywhere these days for joint health, mobility, and comfort. Because of what I've read and also heard from friends who use it, I added Swanson's Superior Herbs BOSWELLIA SERRATA (Standardized) to my personal joint wellness program. This involves me taking 3 of these capsules both morning and night. While I do have other natural nutritional supplements that I buy from Swanson in my joint regimen, because I don't believe any one supplement does it all for me, I do believe Boswellia is a valuable member of my joint team. Works for me.

At my age there are products I must have and this is one of them. I have been taking boswellia serrata for years. It helps me stay comfortable and I know when I miss taking it for several days.. Great price.
