Cheap locking mechanism

The initial sitting in the chair is comfortable but it’s hard to know if it’ll be comfortable long term because the lock mechanism will not stay locked. You move once and it pops out of unlock so you’re reclining instantly. Also it’s really difficult to get it in the lock position. There’s no way I can keep this chair for work. Big disappointment. Will be returning.
