I ordered 2 chairs in 8/25 and received them on 9/9. I started to assemble one chair and about after an hour I realized that the parts were assembled wrong. There were no holes on one of the seats, and 4 front winged legs were assembled wrong. The backs of the seat holes did not match up either. One of the foot rests did not come assembled. I was unable to assemble chairs. I emailed polywood and contacted them on Monday. I was assured that the new parts would be shipped in 2 days. After 2 weeks I contacted polywood because I did not receive the new parts. I was told that Kat emailed me for the other number that was in the chair. I did not see another email and checked my spam email. What I don’t understand is why I did not get a phone call? I left my information with them. I think this is poor customer service. I made another phone call and explained everything to another person and the parts were sent out right away. When I received the parts, the front winged legs were assembled wrong again. Now I have 8 winged legs that are useless. I thought it would have been nice to have been reimbursed for all of my trouble and time spent doing somebody else’s job. All the offered was 5% discount on my next purchase. What a joke! I ended up taking apart the wing off the legs and putting them on the correct side of the board. I do not think I should have even had to do that but these chairs have been sitting in my dining room since 8/25. Taking the wing off was not easy either. The screw did not come out. I finally have the chairs assembled and though they look nice I hope they last longer than a few years. I should be getting more winged legs delivered. I sure hope these were put together correctly!

Bought 3 of them in white with one connecting table. Get compliments all of the time.
