Unrealistic looking flame do not buy. Only 2 color options and looks really bad. Looks good when off but doesn't look good when on. Also doesn't heat a room. Good for show only. I couldn't return because it was already framed.

This fireplace is great. We purchased the 63"" Dynasty fireplace and we absolutely love it the way it looks in our living room . The flames are extremely real looking flames and the design is just beautiful. Very happy with the purchase. Customers service was great too and shipping was fast.

Shipping was very fast. I have not installed yet but from what I have seen so far has been great. Looking forward to using.

Nice unit, good assortment of rocks, however, quantity is a bit lack luster. Easy install if framing. Good blower and heat combination. Only 4 setting for flame which I found disappointing. #sweepstakes

Well so far so good as far as I am concerned. I love the product and a lot of people who came to visit me (Family) love it too. And as a matter of fact, the product did his job in terms of heating.

My only complaints are that there weren't many videos of the flames out there when I was looking, the instructions aren't as clear as I'd like, the description needs to further emphasize that it is permanent once installed and that the top third of the unit will need to be covered by a self supporting veneer of ledger stone or whatever the fireplace is made of unless it is being recessed into a wall. I would have liked a few tips for a self supporting stone face in front of the top heating unit portion. Aside from that, I'm really happy with the linear design and the flame effect. Sure, it doesn't look absolutely real, but much better than old style electric units and it does a great job imitating a modern gas fireplace. As a retiree, I'm done spending all my time taking care of a house instead of the house taking care of me. This fireplace adds a wonderful ambiance to our family room, and requires no gas or clean up every time it is used - I am loving that! I highly recommend it!

This electric fireplace met all my expectations. Price was on target! Style beat the competitors! - No excessive glass surround! Easy set up!

Using the fireplace is great in a new room do to wall needing to be framed around it. We finished our basement and installed the dy-bt63 during. This fireplace looks amazing sitting under a 65"" tv, really finishes off the look. Biggest downfall for me is we had it built into drywall, and it's almost impossible to cut the drywall perfectly around the fireplace. Do to the fact that there is no real frame to this fireplace, it's just not perfect. Only other downfall for me was, I felt like the dy-bt63 did not come with enough rocks for the base of the fireplace.

Purchased fireplace three weeks ago . Was shipped with in a week of purchase . The installation took about 30 minutes. I pulled the installation specs off their site and had the location framed in before the unit arrived . It has a clean look and the fire effects looks very cool . It puts out enough heat for my needs . I would recommend this product . Thanks , V Julius
