I really wanted to love this, but I developed a bad reaction after a week of use. I experienced break outs and itchiness, likely from the "lady's thistle" ingredient with is related to ragweed. Allergy-prone gals beware.

Since moving to Arizona, and turning 30, my skin has become very dry. I was struggling with severe dry patches on my cheeks. I was on the hunt for a product that was heavy on the moisturizing but light and comfortable enough to wear during the daytime. It glides on easily and doesn't leave my face feeling greasy or sticky. It's not thick, so you can easily layer it with other skincare products, SPF or makeup. The moisture surge moisturizer has helped a lot with dryness. After a shower when the skin on my face is feeling tight and uncomfortable, the moisture surge moisturizer instantly soothes and refreshes my skin. My face becomes glowing and hydrated. I have noticed I occasionally still struggle with dryness in some stubborn small spots, but the overall appearance and feel of my skin is better after applying the moisture surge. I plan to try the moisture surge intense or the moisture surge concentrate for the extra dry patches I still struggle with.

I bought this product while on a cruise a year ago. At first, I thought it felt a bit odd as it doesn't seep into your skin as quickly as others do as it's more like a gel. But, I kept using it and I have to say, for 67 years old, my skin is looking great!! And the consistancy has grown on me. I use it on my face, neck and hands.

Nice little moisturizer if you’re wanting a very light moisturizer. Nice neutral clean smell, smooth application. Personally I feel this is for teens or young adults, like under 25 years old. I just turned 74 and after posting birthday pics on social media I've had so many comments about how good I look and people asking what I've been doing. It's the moisture surge and the moisture surge active glow serum I've been using for 6 weeks. I could tell a difference but when I started getting comments from friends in person and on social media I realized it wasn't just my imagination or wishful thinking. This moisturizer soothes and hydrates my skin instantly. I love that it makes my skin glow, instead of giving me a shiny/greasy look. I use it in the AM and in the PM with the Moisture Surge Overnight Mask and I've seen fantastic improvements in my skin- I made the permanent switch to Clinique almost a year ago and I'm never using anything else again! I have seasonal combination skin that's sensitive and acne prone.

I have been using this product for a year now and I've gone through 3-4 jars since my first purchase. It helped with hydrating and moisturizing, but I was dealing with little tiny white heads and red bumps allll over my face for a year. I had no idea where they were coming from!! After a year of trying to figure it out, I stopped using this product and immediately saw my skin get better... This gel was clogging my pores and I had no idea. I was a loyal customer but now I will never buy this product again.
