You will definitely sweat in this. There is no doubt. If you workout with it then it is much more effective. You can see the sweat on it when you take it off. Have used othered before that do not have these results. This is one time buy for sure.

Love this thing and definitely feels like I am toner and firmer after wearing it. I usually wear around the house as it is a little bulky to wear out and around town unless it doesn't bother you being able to see it through clothes. Comes with a mesh bag to wash in and has held up well through several washings.

I ordered this Waist Trimmer and did not realize it was size small. I tried to fit it around me and it was a nogo. I am on a weight loss journey and hopefully will be able to fit into it soon. The material it is made of seems to be of great quality and it seems to be pretty stretchy. I will have to report back as soon as I can fit into it.

I began using this Waist Trimmer by Sweet Sweat about two months ago and have been using it during my regular workouts about 3 times a week. I love this Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer! It really does make me sweat. I like the neoprene material. It is very soft yet durable. The inside rubber layer helps make it so the band does not roll down. I am comfortable while wearing it. I love that it comes with a mesh bag. The bag makes it easy to travel with and also to wash! I love that it is machine washable. Overall, I would highly recommend!

I was really excited to get my Sports Research waist trimmer, but I was disappointed with the results. I'm not sure what exactly I expected it to do, but I haven't noticed any difference in the three months I've used it. I mean it fits nicely around the middle and causes sweating, but I haven't noticed my clothes fitting any differently than before I got it.

Works well and is comfortable when using! Makes me sweat so much during workouts, walking or dancing. I have noticed I have shed some since using the product and I like the fact it’s washable and includes a washable bag to put it in. It also didn’t have a strong chemical odor either like some of these do. I would recommend as I’ve had results and find it comfortable.

This waist trimmer belt is really great! I use this when I ride my bike and really notice a difference. It makes me sweat and it is not over hot or tight while wearing it. I really enjoy wearing while riding. I received this for free in exchange for my opinion.
