How To Use
Swivel eyeliner up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying).
Line eyes.
Use the tool on the opposite end to gently smudge colour to desired effect.
Allow colour to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula.
Can be used alone or over eye shadow.

The application of Clinique eyeliner is so much nicer than other failed brands. Clinique's eyeliner is a higher price point for me,personally, at times. I am so happy with the product that; I will go without something like mascara to afford it. There is no substitute for Clinique. It is an older brand compared to the newer and trendy brands. I tell my little girl and her friends that it is not your grandmas's makeup like they tease me about--but only a dope grandma would wear Clinique anyways-lol! New allergy (like some stated here -that developed after the initial use was tolerable ) to your eyeliner could be from someone using your eye makeup and you are not aware of that, and not Clinique. Ladies, make sure that before you throw out a beloved product; that someone is not using your makeup without your knowledge. Im sure we all know-- but I see that people may also develop it from the product, for sure --yes. In an article online, M.D. Katrina says other people's bacteria might possibly introduce allergens making products intolerable when you have been using them a lifetime: even a child of our own and the mother may or may not be able to share mascara wands or eyeliner without the contamination.

I have this eyeliner in midnight and ivy. It goes on smooth and gives great color. I love the smudger as I don't like a harsh line. I have sensitive eyes and I wear contacts. This eyeliner does not bother my eyes at all. Highly recommend.

I just received Intense Charcoal today. I applied it to my eyelids, and under my eyes. Smudged it. Then flaking on my eyelids and just under eyes.

My mother gave this to me because she knows I like intense black eyeliner. Well it is not intense and barely black! When I put it on my hand to test it out, I was excited because it was a nice dark line. When I tried it on my eyes, it was awful. I do not recommend this pencil!

I've been looking for an acceptable eyeliner since Clinique stopped selling Water-Resistant Eyeliner (it was the best!). I recently received this "Quickliner for Eyes Intense - 03 chocolate" as a sample and it's a pretty good substitute. In addition to defining my lash line, my main need for eyeliner is to fill in between my lashes so they look thicker. This Quickliner accomplishes that! It goes on like silk and adds the look of thicker lashes. Very Happy!

This eyeliner (in Intense Chocolate) is my everyday eyeliner, but there's so little product that it runs out very quickly! I keep buying this one because my hooded eyelids don't make it smudge, but the high cost for such a small amount of product is getting harder and harder to justify.

I have always used the regular Quickliner in Plum. When I saw an intense version, I had to order it. It ABSOLTUELY shows no color no matter what I do! I just literally ran it under my eyes 10 TIMES, softly and then harder and you can't see it. I will NEVER buy this product again, going back to the regular.
