When I pulled the swing out of the box I noticed many screws from the seat and back were lose, when I tried to tighten - I found that the holes were too large, and some of the screws were stripped. I was willing to fix this situation myself due to the inconvenience of returning an item like this - but after further examination I found a piece of wood on the seat was split - many imperfections in the wood and all of the screws are at different heights and inconsistent - as well as there isn’t enough chain to actually hang the swing - I’m. Not sure if I got shorted, but there is definitely not enough chain for me to hang from a porch that is only 8 feet - this is incredibly disappointing as I spent most of my day trying to put together and make work - to now have to figure out how to box back up to return.

We purchased this swing to use on a frame that we had already. The swing was easy to assemble,? The delivery was 2 days faster than predicted. I have already been enjoying it on my front porch!
