Not Rifle Paper, the pattern was licensed to York Wall Coverings & its knock off quality. It doesn’t stick to the wall, constantly bubbles up. I’ve used rifle paper wallpaper before, no issues. This stuff is awful, don’t waste your money

Continues to peel off the wall no matter what. We did everything right according to the directions, but started to peel within 24 hours. So disappointing, bc it’s otherwise beautiful (and not cheap!!)
