This package arrived in plastic labeled in another language. That would be fine, except the measurements are very wrong. I followed them specifically and should have fit in a Medium perfectly. I could not even pull it over my knees. I would have needed a 3 XL at least, this is absolutely not in US sizing and is very misleading. When returning, the cashier admitted this is difficult to deal with in the register since it is a third-party sale and not affiliated with Target. Buyers beware.
