On 2nd set, will not be buying a 3rd
Within 3 months of installing a set one of the two went out. Bit the bullet and purchased the one bulb. It has been less than a month since then and now the other has out.

Bright but short life and $$$
White bright light looked good, lasted only 15months though. Nit happy as they were expensive and ironically I put a set on my wife's care 3weeks ago when she needed some. Both mine went out w/in 2wks.

I'm buying this again
4 years ago I bought a set of Sylverstat Ultra H-11 for my Mazda CX 3 and yesterday one burned up, that's a long life, I have always replaced my OEM bulbs with these on my previous cars and had the same results, btighter lights and long life, I'm buying another pair again.

Dim headlights
Not sure if it's just me but I've ordered every last kind of headlights for my Santa Fe and it's basically like driving in the dark. Yet to find a headlight to work. Even after adjustment.

Would not waste my money again
I purchased these in March 24 yet didn't get around to installing them until December 24. One light went out last month and now the other is so dim you can't see and got pulled over. Ridiculous for the cost .

lasted 20 months
The factory headlight bulbs lasted over 10 years before the first one stopped working. I bought the Silvania H11 and replaced the set together. The first one stopped working after 20 months.

ADVICE FROM AN INDEPENDENT AUTO REPAIR SHOP
Sylvania Silver Star Bulbs are very short in life, and very short in performance. Slick Marketing Sylvania, with the Silver Star Packaging and the tinted blue glass capsule. Daring customers to purchase a premium product image and claim with pricing to boot, but all who get duped are just going to be disappointed with the incredible short life and unremarkable increased performance. Do not buy them again. Do not cash in on a warranty. Do not support this particular line the Silver Start bulb. You would think a company like Sylvania, would improve this product, make it superior and stop non-sense like this. But no, they choose to carry on and profit and provide a lip service that is old and tired. I replace a lot of headlight bulbs for my customers at my small little auto repair shop. The most recognized headlight bulb of failure I replace is the Sylvania Silver Star. And to my customer's amazement they are surprised it is a bulb that is failed for they just bought new bulbs themselves or had another replace them for themselves, OH so recently. The claim they have an electrical issue, but no, almost never a wiring issue just another SILVER STAR gone Super Nova and being a black hole in the customer's wallet. A good quality bulb will last meany years.

Worst Lights I Have Ever Purchased
Purchased and installed 6-20-24, but went out within days of each other (2/8/25 and 2/10/25). Lights on the vehicle these were in are a pain to change, and had to perform at -5 degrees outdoors. Not only do I want my money back, I want this company to cover the frostbite I incurred to replace these dang things. The previous lights lasted from 2016 to 2024. These ones didn't even last 8 months…

Very dim. I couldn't see the roadway. Mechanic said headlights didn't need adjustment but the light output was very dim

Much brighter that OEM.
Let's see how long they last. A lot of reviews saying they go out after 12 months. Some people say to replace with LED instead. My understanding is, you cannot legally replace halogen with LED. You can only use LED if the car was manufactured with LED. The Silverstar Ultra is way brighter and better down road than the OEM's. Good compromise between OEM Halogens and LED's. Now, let's see how long they last. OEM's last 6+ years.

Lasted 53 weeks
I only drive 3000 miles per year so these didn't even get much use. Even at that that only lasted one week longer than the warranty period so I'm not eligible for replacements

Look at any other brand
These did not last even a year. My vehicle is not fun when it comes to replacing bulbs, so even with a year guaranteed warranty I don't want to be replacing them 2 times a year.

These did not seem to be as good as the factory bulbs.
I replaced both bulbs in my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee a few months back. The person at Advanced Auto Parts suggested these. One of my bulbs had burnt out and I opted to simply replace them both at the same time. They are not as bright as the OEM part and I am not happy with the amount of light they produce, but after the struggle I went through installing them, I am just going to suffer with these until they give out. Maybe I just got a bad pair. Sylvania bulbs have been my go to brand for a long time.

Wish the light bulb could last at least a couple of years be
It works well initially, but don't count on it lasting long.
