Printed Velvet Plush Fleece Sheet Set - Great Bay Home (Queen, Toile - Olive)

I ordered this product four separate times because the company continued to send me the wrong patterned product. I reached out to Target's customer service on three separate occasions between orders to try to fix the issue so I could receive the correct product as pictured but they did nothing to help resolve the ongoing issue. The first time I reached out, they told me that they notified their supplier and that I should try to order again in two weeks. The second time they told me that they contacted the supplier for me to reorder the item and that they would reach out to me but they never did. The third time, customer support told me to just return it yet again and look for the product elsewhere or find another option. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my family and instead has turned into a major hassle without resolution. If a supplier cannot deliver the advertised product, it should not be listed for sale and Target should take responsibility for resolving the issue.

Product recived is different in color and print from what was on description. It's much darker blue and has all white snowflakes, unlike the picture.

Comfy and cozy. These were a gift for my parents. They upgraded to king bed and needed king sheets. My mom has 3 queen sets and now king. I have 4sets! I’ve gifted these at Christmas to family. I only use these sheets all year round. I only wish they’d come with 4 pillow cases or sell them separately!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really soft and cozy! My son loves hugging on the pillows. I think it will be nice to use during the winter. The material gets warm really fast and since it is summer in California right now, I couldn’t use the full set yet. What I can tell you is that it feels like a big teddy hugging you!
