Bought size 34 US H based on parfait's "fit room" using measurements. Band fit well, breasts were not spilling over. Had to put the straps on their longest setting and they still felt tight on me, but I have a lot of weight for them to hold up so I can't complain much about that. The only reason I returned this bra was because it gave my bust an odd shape--it was lifted (pleasant surprise) but the shape from the front is just wide--it's like my boobs just separated and went east-west on me. I do want separation in my bras, but not like this. I bought this hoping I could wear it with my sundresses in hot weather, but it didn't give me a shape I would want to wear outside.

Good support
As far as comfort, this bra is nice. It does not have the support I’d prefer, but I think it works okay under sweaters and at home. The band rides up in the back, which is a bit uncomfortable.
