We’ve tried putting heavy furniture on both sides of the fold and stretching it and since that didn’t work we have heavily weighted boards on the fold trying to flatten it out. The fold is right in the middle of the rug which is in the middle of this 8 x 10 rug,

Nice quality and arrived quickly. Nice style. Only complaint is that the corners do not lay flat which make it easy to trip on. I repeatedly put heavy items on the ends to keep them down. That lasts for a few days and then it raises up again. I am keeping the rug anyway. I tell people to watch their step. It looks nice.

The color of the rug was quite different than the way it appeared online. I expected more of a natural, jute like color. It was very yellow. I also ordered the wrong size. Did not fit my space at all, and the color was unacceptable! I returned it.
