Shirt had a bad smell when arrived I the mail and even after washing the smell won’t go away. I can’t wear and won’t wear so I have returned for a refund. Burnt, rubber, chemical smell

I love this shirt but what is up with the smell?!? It’s a burnt chemical smell! I’m so disappointed.

Smells absolutely terrible and can’t get rid of the smell no matter how many times you wash it.

It was great before I washed it. It’s all pilled after one wash and wear.

This too would be very cute, but holds a bad smell even after washing and the material is not breathable.

It's true the beige one reeks. I washed it 4 times and it made no difference. So disappointing because I liked the fit so much. I'm usually picky with long sleeves (most fit awkwardly tight or too loose/boxy, or are a mile too long. This one is a good hip length, drapes well and skims my body. I'm 5'5" 125 lbs and wear and XS in most target women's clothes. I got the blue one too, and that one doesn't smell bad. I'd order more if I could be sure the other colors are safe

Like many others, the shirt fits great and I love it, but the smell is soooooo bad. I was hoping to wash it and get it out but it’s still there. Such a bummer. Bought in beige color.

Shirt snags way too easy it’s ruined the first time you wear it.

Cute but REEKS of chemicals. Can never get it out either. I have washed with vinegar and baking soda, tons of detergent and scent beads. It feels like it’s getting worse. I still try and wear it cause it’s expensive and I don’t have a lot of clothes that fit but ugh I wish it came out. Might burn my skin off, wouldnt be shocked.

Beige one DOES STINK. I will be returning this one because the smell does not dissipate at all. I did get it in other colors, and those don’t smell bad. I actually really like the softness and drape / fit of the other color versions.

It was so soft and comfortable. I bought the beige in the store and it didn’t smell. I ordered more colors on line. I hope that they don’t smell. The price was a little higher than I normally would buy, but it felt so good.

The shirt is made of a sooft stretchy (but not so stretchy that it will get out of shape). It fits true to size and is a beautifull shade oof medium blue.

Purchased this shirt in a Target Store, the light tan color. It smells like a permanent. I washed it two times WITH baking soda to try and get the smell out, but it did no good. It even made the rest of the clothes in the laundry load smell bad.

Unable to wear it smells like plastic poison. Washed 3 times And my husband can’t find his receipt. Don’t buy

Yep it smells real bad. I had to throw the shirt away after washing it twice. Waste of $.

The smell! It’s like burnt hair or plastic that doesn’t go away after multiple washes. I bought this shirt in blue and beige and the blue one is just fine but the beige one has a smell that just won’t go away.

I have bought this shirt twice, once in store and once online. I love the fit but IT SMELLS. I thought I had ruined the first one and even tried soaking in Borax. It smelled so bad I threw it out. I ordered second and as soon as I opened the packaging you could smell the same musty odor. I’m returning this one. I wish it didn’t have that smell because it’s soft and fits very well but I can’t figure it out.

I’ve washed this shirt five times and it still smells DISGUSTING. What the heck chemical is in this 😭😭
