This dispenser was a warranty replacement for a 2023 model that developed charging issues. Upon receiving this latest model. I've noticed several improvements. The soap flow is smoother and the power button is now a switch versus a push and hold for a few seconds to power on. So far, It's good.
Love the oil rubbed bronze finish!

This is our 5th sensor pump but the first in the bronze finish. I like the new on/off switch and the recharger connection. Both are much better than the old style. I also like how it’s more sensitive to hand placement. Well worth the money.

Fits my space perfectly and works flawlessly. I’ve owned it for several weeks and haven’t had to charge it yet. Doesn’t come with a lot of soap initially but that’s pretty minor. This was a perfect addition to my modern half bath that already had oil rubbed bronze fixtures.

Item arrived used and full of soap . The package had a yellow “ NULL “ sticker on the box and should never been shipped. So much for online shopping. I had to make a 10 mile round trip to return it. Was told I could exchange it. It took 30 minutes at the store even after calling previously and giving them exact details. Outrageous

Great soap dispenser -- nice clean design. The automatic dispensing sensor is very quick and accurate when detecting hand distance to dispense the desired amount. All this helps reduce the amount of time that wet hands are above the counter, dripping and pooling.
Everyone should have not 1 but several in their home.

I’ve purchased these sensor pumps from the first models that used replaceable batteries to the current model that’s rechargeable. I’ve used hand soap mostly but the dish soap works well for even the most grimy pots and pans. My current model is a warranty replacement. Which carries the remainder of the original, which happens to be an additional year. I’ll be buying these sensor pumps as long as they make them!

My only problem so far is that even if you try to get the least amount of of soap, it still is a lot of soap. I have the version before this newest version, and have had many of these and they let you get less soap than this new one.
