This without a doubt is my favorite chair for camping and sitting in the driveway with neighbors. It has a higher back then most chairs and most others I get a sore back if I sit more then 15 minutes in them. Sitting in this chair I never get a sore back and I love the rocking ability since I’m always moving. Definitely recommend this to everyone who sees it. I was the first on the street to get one 5 years ago and now most of my neighbors also have them.

Bought 2 of these chairs and we really like them. What we absolutely hate is the bags they come in. The chairs are extremely difficult to get i and out of the bag because they hang up in everything. A zipper bag would be a much better option.

As a father of two very active children in sports, these chairs are the bees knees. Comfortable to sit in for an hour plus, lightweight, and easy to tote around from game to game. I have several of these chairs and will not go to any other style. The fact you can rock easily in these chairs is great for the tense dad on the side of the soccer field or softball field. Don’t walk, run to this chair.

We have 2 of these that we bought about 2 years ago. We still LOVE them! I love that they rock and the high back makes it SO comfortable and relaxing! It did take me a little while to figure out how to to collapse them, but in fairness, I didn’t pay attention to directions and still figured it out!! They easily go back in the included carry bag! Now I just need them to make a 15-18” high foot stool to complete the experience!!

The chairs seem to function as should so far, very comfortable. However, when we received them, my wife’s chair had some sort of stain on the back of it, and the bag to my chair had several small holes in it.

The GCI Outdoor Roadtrip Rocker is an excellent chair that sits on the fence between an "A" or a "B". Just a couple extra credit assignments and it firmly passes with straight A's. This chair is very comfortable and does a surprisingly good job as a rocking chair. The back is tall enough to lean back and feel supported. It is wide enough be bundled up in blankets and still have room. There are two things I'd like have changed slightly. If you are sitting up to a table, or even just forward on the chair it is a bit too relaxed. Lastly, be prepared for a fairly large item when folded. Getting all this comfort into a bag poses a big challenge. Well done GCI!

This chair feels sturdy, it has weight to it and is comfortable. Im a bigger boy at 250lbs and I feel like im not going to blow through it. Other rocker camp chairs have a whine or squeal to them. I have not had that experience with this chair. My wife and I keep them in the garage of our camper. Their folding design works great for some smaller spaces. This is for sure a chair you are not hauling far from the truck or camper. Highly recommend if you are the on the fence.

I absolutely love this chair. The high back and portability are amazing. It’s perfect for long days at the ball park or chillin by the campfire with friends. My favorite feature is the high back and solid arm rests. The only thing that would make this chair better would be a side table. Unfortunately that’s not an option if you want portability. Overall I would give this chair an A+.

I little bulky for packing around, but if you can manage it it's super comfortable for any occasion. I keep it in the back of my truck during the summer so I've always got it on hand. I don't know if there's any manufacturer instruction to prevent the shocks from squeaking, but I lubricate mine every now and then because I've noticed my friends chairs ended up starting to squeak.
