A: The rocker shocks do not lock on our rockers, you will stay relatively still if not actively pushing back to rock but the chairs will never be fully staitionary.

A: The only concern would be if the shocks got sand inside of them. If sand does however find its way into them, they can be opened up and rinsed out with water. If you are taking the chair to the beach or other sandy area, we suggest you make sure the yellow top of the shock is tightly secured to prevent the sand from getting inside the canister. The chair should be rinsed with fresh water, and you’ll want to make sure the chair is dried off well before storing.
