I really love this balm, I got Jam and a brown shade that I can't recall the name of atm and they're both lovely colors and feel very moisturizing. The formula is thick without being gooey or sticky, which is great. I had to take off one star for how hard it is to get out of the tube though. I may just be a weakling lol but I have to use both hands to squeeze it out and I've never had that problem before. I do like the wider applicator surface but the hole seems to be too small for this thick of a product. Hopefully they'll listen to this feedback and fix the tubes cause it really is a great product otherwise!

Super hydrating!! Love the color too- petal gives a little color flush while still looking natural. I definitely thought I was going to pop the tube the first time I used it but if you heat it in your hands/under your thigh beforehand it comes out just fine. LOVE.

I love the color, like the formula, but there are two things I really hate: a) it’s very hard to dispense from the tube; and b) there isn’t much product relative to the cost. I would not buy this again.

Very nice color and extremely glossy, but the texture can be a bit sticky. If the gloss is at room temp it can be hard to get out of the tube, but if it's been in your pocket to warm up it's fine to dispense.

I don’t understand why it’s so hard to squeeze out of the tube. You will definitely give yourself arthritis trying to get alittle out. It’s not very hydrating. The colors are pretty but it’s there’s so many better options than this.

Really love the pigment and the hydration and softness it gives. A tip to the other users: put it in between your thighs, under your leg, or hold it in your fist for a minute or two. The body heat will warm up the product, and it'll come out easy peasy!

This is my favorite lip balm. It is moisturizing, so it doesn’t dry out my lips like some glosses. The colors are great too. Camellia is the perfect pink and Petal is a pretty coral color. They are great to add some shine over a lip liner or crayon.

The actual balm is great but this applicator is terrible. Balm alone I would give it 4.5 stars. Its super nourishing and beautifu colors. I wish it was more liquidy. It's hard to squeeze up to the top. I would love to see a twist and wand.

The worst lip product I've ever tried! The formula is EXTREMELY thick and it's barely possible, if at all, to get the product out of the tube! Injured my finger trying to squeeze the product out. It doesn't really melt and feels highly unpleasant on the lips.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I bought the clear balm thinking it would be akin to Laneige with a bit more staying power… I was wrong. This is the grossest, thickest, stickiest consistency. Like a 2001 mall kiosk lip gloss. YUCK.

I purchased in the winter and was so hard to get any of the lip balm to come out no matter how hard I pushed. This is because the coconut oil turns solid when its colder. By the time is started to warm up outside and could get some out, the oils have started to turn rancid! So throwing out even tho didn't get to use very much. Do not buy this balm unless buying in the summer and using up right away. IF in the fall or winter - yikes!

The formula was fine, but like many others have said, getting it out of the tube was weirdly difficult. I felt like I was going to make the tube explode with how hard I had to squeeze. Definitely not easy to apply. Either change the packaging for these ones or the formula and I’ll try it again.
