Women's High-Rise Sailor Wide Leg Ankle Jeans - Universal Thread™

I am 5’4 and 107 lbs, about a year post partum and the size 2 fits PERFECT. They’re fitted with very little stretch and high waisted but the length is great. It hits right at the top of my foot and looks perfect with sandals. I own in both black and cream.

These pants work amazingly for my body. I have more of an hourglass shape with a small waist and larger hips/bottom. I struggle with jeans because I can buy them to fit my waist or my bottom, but not both. These run rather small in the waist so they actually fit me both! That being said, if this is not your body type I would probably size up. Also I am 5 foot 3 and they are definitely not ankle length on me. My only gripe is the lack of front pockets because I naturally tend to rest my hands in my front pockets.

Love the high-waist fit. Loose in the legs but together around the waist. Such a flattering fit! And the color…so adorable. Can be casual or dressed up! Only downfall is no front pockets.

I’m 5’3 123 lbs and I purchased these in size 2. I’m a size 26 but these fit perfectly. No need to alter. They can be worn with sandals, sneakers, or heels for a more elevated look.

Have two pairs of these pants so it’s obvious I really like them BUT I had to size up (normally an 8 in jeans) and my red ones are a 10 and blue ones are a 12. So very inconsistent on the sizing and saw others had the same experience. They do fade a bit after washing. Overall very comfortable and flattering and fun colors that can be dressed up or down.

These jeans are very cute but they’re not white white. They’re more of a cream color. I returned them because I wanted white. I think these run a little small. I wear a 4 in American Eagle jeans and had to size up to a 6.

The pants are nice but run small in the waist.

These don’t have front pockets! I’m sure they’re super flattering on a flat tummy but unfortunately this new mom will be returning. Loved the bright cobalt blue color for something different than typical denim

Super soft, great structure and very flattering. I’m 5’6”, 154 lbs and normally wear Size 10 but based on other reviews, I ordered next size up, a 12, and it fits perfect. Very happy with my purchase!

These are the target jeans you have been waiting for. They run true to size of normal jeans. Sizing is spot on, I would argue others target jeans are off and run large

The red pants are so cute! I got my true size 0/25 and they fit perfectly with plenty of wiggle room. They are a little long. I’m 5’4” and 112lbs. I love them! Very comfortable.

I love the fit! They are so versatile, you can dress them up or down. I just need to figure out what shoes to wear with them.

I loved the oversized look of the pants I’m 5’7 and the pants still go past my ankles while being high waisted however I did size up since the jeans don’t stretch if your use to stretchy jeans then definitely size up

Great quality, thick denim. Love the wide leg & relaxed fit in throughout. No stretch to them. Runs small and has a short inseam. Recommend to size up.

Sizing is way off in the waist. I am a true 4, but usually a 2 in target pants, as the size chart runs a little big. I got a 4–I couldn’t even button them. Also to get the anywhere close to buttoning, you have to hike them up like Steve Urkel, but then they are too tight in the crotch. The legs are huge, think clown pants, and there is zero stretch—like none. They are not cropped at all unless you are 5’9” or something. Returning and not sizing up due to the huge legs. I don’t know why ppl keep raving about these. They’re truly awful fitting pants, and they’re not comfortable at all either.

I’m really struggling with Universal Thread jeans lately when they used to be my go to. I bought these in a 17 and they are so long, baggy and unflattering. I tried on a 16 and I can’t even button or zip them. I laid the 17 down next to a pair of size 18 jeans from Old Navy that are a 30” inseam and this pair of jeans has an extra inch and a half in the waist and the inseam is closer to 32”. I feel like every current style of Universal Thread jeans fits inconsistently while all my old jeans fit my body just right. I’m not understanding the variances in the sizing but I really hope Target goes back to the way the jeans used to fit.

I’m so glad I found these. I’ve tried many and no luck until now. I’m only 5’ tall, and shortened them 4”. Perfect for us gals with larger hips and high waistband. I went down a size. Very satisfied!!

I got these in store in white, size 4, and love them. So I ordered the same jean in the light demin in a 4 ... and it fit like a size 8 or 10. I re-ordered it in a 2 (since the 4 was too big) and it was 1-2 inches too tight at the waistband. I asolutely love the style and sure wish a 4 in white and a 4 in denim were identical!
