Women's Midi A-Line Dress - Universal Thread™

I got the coral striped dress & it screams beach vibes to me. I live in Florida so will wear this a lot. It is very comfortable. I do wear a slip if not wearing over a swim suit as can be a little see-thru. I am SO glad I read the reviews because this runs very large! I normally wear a large and got a small based on reviews. I don't think this would be flattering on someone small and petite as would be so large. I am 5 ft 7 and this comes to just above my ankle.

Maybe I got a randomly great one, but I found this to be true to size and perfectly fine for my petite stature (I’m 5’3”…and a half!) I guess it is kind of a lot of fabric on the skirt, but it doesn’t seem overwhelming at all, it is just the way the dress is made and I like it. I had a different experience than some of the other reviews saying it runs big or isn’t for petite girls, which is why I wanted to add my input, definitely just try it for yourself and see.

Love! comfy, easy throw on and go dress. I wore this for Easter and am nursing which was great because it’s so stretchy, it easily pops down. The color is gorgeous. I got a lot of compliments. Made well and washes well.

Cute dress, I’m usually a size small but based on the reviews I sized down. I’m a 34D and the XS still fit!

Cute dress. Runs huge. I am a S top/M bottom and the S dress literally fell off. The XS works, though— but if you’re an actual XS, it’s gonna be a no go.

Stylish, but runs large

Picked up the striped option, very nice fabric weight and quality. I am a 10/12 and had to downsize to an XS!!! Will pair with a denim blazer for a work appropriate look.

Runs so large it feels like a tent. And the pockets are backwards

Cute, but XS was still too big around the chest for a my petite Mom frame. I’m 120 lbs 5’2” for reference. 30 C

Ran large - sized down. Bought both the XS and S . Not too much of a difference but preferred the small. So cute in Florida so I bought the blue too! Sore for the bad photo the plug in system of photos is horrible.

I really like it but it is massively over sized. I am 5'2 and the dress drags the ground. I weigh 170 (pear shaped) but the small has enough room for someone 50 pounds heavier. I have D bc up size and the dress kept shifting around due to be kinda loose up top. I am hoping it shrinks in the wash some because it is very well made. Just massive in sizing.

Beautiful, but runs way too big!! I ordered and xs and will have to return. Too bad as the fabric and style are adorable.

I love everything about this dress. It’s nice and flowing. It’s long but not too long. For reference I am 5”2 150 pounds, 38D and I purchased a small. Really love it.

This literally looked and felt like I was wearing a shower curtain… The “bodice” is about half as long in person/on someone tall like me (5’10”) so it’s basically empire waisted. Maybe it’s cuter on someone around 5ft.

Runs large! I'm usually a large in dresses from Universal Thread, but purchased a medium. I feel like I could wear a small but worry about the bust being too small. Other than that the style and colors are perfect!

Huge and too much material. I am 5’6 140 lbs got a small and it’s huge & not flattering at all- especially the bottom/skirt. Makes me look like a huge circus tent . Returning .

This dress is amazing! Very light weight, comfortable to wear all day! It is pretty long. I wear platform sandals and the dress still gets caught up in my shoes lol. I don’t wear a bra with it I just wear pasties and that suffices for me. I got the red/coral and grey/white striped ones. I originally bought a L and returned for a small! I’m ordering the blue in XS and I feel that will fit even better. Small is good but still feels a bit much. I’m 5’6 200lbs 38D *wear nude underwear!

If you’re petite, this is not it! Size down to 2. Love the texture of the dress.
