Da small was to tight and small was to big

I suggest sizing down because I noticed that it runs big. The square neck is super flattering for bigger chests. It definitely has the boxy look if that’s what you’re going for. One of my favorite dresses now. I ordered size S, I’m 5’1, curvy, and jump in between 4/6/8 depending on the stretch of the fabric. This one is slightly stretchy but stiff enough to feel support

Absolutely darling. Sizing is just right, fabric is not too thick or too thin, pockets are great. The only thing that could make this dress better is if the length of the straps was adjustable, but that's a minor comment.

5'2" and typically a 6/8. Got a Small, and the fit is AMAZING.

Such a cute dress!!! I got the linen color one with flower sketches. Cannot wait to wear it this summer! It fits well although I read reviews and got an XS normally I would wear a S. I can see this being too boxy if you don’t size down. Material does not stretch so it won’t fit certain shapes either.

The white dress is a nice quality fabric and lined so it’s not see-through. Subtle floral design is pretty. I wish it had a zipper to make it easier to put on.

Very flattering on all body types. True to size. Do not size down. I am a 12-14 and XL is perfect. It's lined. A great length. Not too short. Pockets are always a plus.

I really love the cut and material of these dresses. They’re prefect for spring and summer and I can dress them up or down. Im only 5’4 so it’s a bit longer, but still cute. I got the blue stripe and gingham and I hope to get the green if it ever comes back in stock!

I’m surprised this one was so divisive in the reviews! While I agree the neckline is pretty squared, I find it’s still flattering in spite of my larger chest. Dress pockets can be problematic for my curvy hips but these lay really nicely on me. As for sizing, I think Target’s in-house lines vary wildly in terms of size fidelity, but in my experience, this fit true to size for dresses I’ve bought from this brand.

I bought three dresses from Target and this one smelled very bad. It is boxy....loose on top and tight around the butt. The shape is really off like the other New Day dresses I bought.

Cute! I’m not usually a green person but bought this to go under a specific Jean jacket. My hubby loved it. I’m 5’4” and 170, and the large fit great in the hips but was a little large in the top (I’m 36C for reference-I know size measurements help me so much in reviews!). It would be just a little too “gappy” for my conservative taste but since I’ll mostly be wearing it under a jacket I’m happy.

Such a cute dress! I am 4’9”, 120 lbs and a 34 DD. I usually wear a M because I am too heavy but I purchased a S. It was the perfect fit. It hits me an inch above my knee. Material is great and pockets are a plus. Straps are not long.

This dress has an odd fit. I sized down based on reviews. It definitely runs big. This dress would fit someone with a big chest and on the taller side, neither of which I am. The color of the dress is cute and it has pockets but that’s the only positive thing I can say about this dress.

Still debating if I should keep this dress, I probably will because it’s so freaking cute for summer. The sizing and proportions are a bit off, I can understand why others have sized down or have issues with the top. I’m 5’5” 175lbs and a 38C, my shoulders are more broad. I sized down to a medium and it fits almost perfectly. The only issue is the straps are slightly too short so it sits high up in my underarms. Or maybe the underarms are cut too high! Everything else is nice, it’s cut more a line, flows out but still looks slimming from the side, not like a balloon. I may consult with my personal seamstress (my mom) to see if there’s anything that can be done about the high underarm/straps. I bought the gingham check and I love it, it’s classic and clean.

Nice material & pretty pattern. I liked how the dress is actually long enough for my tall figure! But the fit is off… pretty boxy & the square neckline was unflattering on me. I will be returning

The print is nice and it is lined AND has pockets… but the straps are too long. The body fits great but the straps stay about 3 fingers above your shoulder…

Sizing is off. This runs extremely huge!!! I am generally an XS but this has no chance of fitting without massive alterations. Target, please start making XXS more consistently!!! There are short people who also need options.
