Women's Knit Mini Ballet Dress - A New Day™

This dress is adorable super flattering and so comfortable plus it has pockets. I do think it runs a little large, especially in the top so something to consider when ordering I actually size down one.

Love the fit. Supportive & shaping top, good waist, doesn't look maternity, skirt is a great length, covers all the squish lol 5'8" pear shape, ample bust. I really wanted the coral pink color, but it's more of a muted neutral dusty rose, didn't go well with my skin, but would be lovely on warmer skin tone. As far as the front seams, yeah, alil off, there's one on the back too, but for $12, and an easy flowy throw on & go summer dress, not a deal breaker

This dress is lightweight and a perfect wear for a day date.

Size down the neck line is very low. Returned but they didn’t have next size down so didn’t re purchase

Dress is very comfortable and light weight. Great for hanging out around the house or running errands. Glad I purchased it.

Why the seam in the center of bottom half?! Runs big, size small: I’m 34G, have plenty of room. Possible to go xs. White dress TOTALLY see-through! Top is double lined, not bottom, returning. Positives: soft, comfy dress, doesn’t show tum tum bumps, looser fit in abdomen. 5”1” hits above knee. I’ll keep the black, it’s not as noticeable.

The pink one is so much shorter than the black one. This dress also wrinkles real quick.

It is such a cute and casual dress and so comfy to wear.

I bought three of these dresses in different colors. They fit on the large side which is nice. But they stain super easily! I was doing dishes in the blue one and noticed that where water had gotten on the dress the color had lightened so I threw it in with the load of laundry and when it came out of the dryer it was fine I thought nothing more of it. Well next I had on the olive one and again was doing dishes got the dress wet and the color lightened and I figured it would be fine to leave well enough alone until I did a little laundry the next day. I was wrong. It stained the dress. So I do not recommend this dress at all! You cannot get anything on it not even something as simple as water because it stains.

I love Target's casual summer dresses. Very comfy, nice material and wonderful price.

Soft, inexpensive, only medium flattering. The torso is not as long as is shown in the picture, it would be more flattering if it was a bit longer in the fitted portion. White is see through with dark undergarments. Can breast feed in. Size medium, 5’8”, 160lbs

I’m shocked at how many negative comments there are. This is my FAVORITE summer dress!! I bought it in an XL 8+ years ago but I recently lost 98lbs and I was so upset I had to donate it. Imagine my excitement when I saw it in the store again today!! I nearly shrieked. It’s light weight and it has tank top like straps so you can wear a regular bra with it - no need for a dreaded strapless! It’s the perfect weight for summer… not too thick or heavy to make you hot, but not so lightweight that you could see through it. You can dress it up for a party or a BBQ, dress it down to wear around the house on a hot day or out to run errands, or even as a cover up for a bathing suit. And it has POCKETS! I see people complaining about the seam in the front but it’s flowy so you can hardly see it so it doesn’t bother me at all. (In fact, I never even realized it was there! Lol) Speaking of flowy.. it’s fitted around the breasts but from the bust down, it’s flowy so it hides any imperfections. For reference, I’m 5’, 108lbs, 36DD and I bought a size Small. It comes just under my knee caps (which I love bc I hate my legs but it’s still short enough to be a traditional “sun dress.”) Both times I bought it in black bc that was the only color in the store. (There’s a good chance I’ll order another color online.) Also - as many times as I wore and washed it over the years, it never faded or pilled. Easily 10/10. I highly recommend it!!!

Cute, comfortable dress but they put a weird SEAM down the middle of the front and back of the dress! At first I thought maybe they sewed the bottom portion on backwards but it’s on both sides!

This dress was cute, but not for my petite frame. Even in XS, it was too long and too much material. I will say the material was incredibly soft but even with that, it just looked "blah".

Color was bad on me, stretchy fabric=good stretchy fabric = looks even thinner

Super soft and comfortable. Fave go-to dress when lounging or doing errands.
