This item, which was a gift was missing the wheels. Very frustrating. It will not give you an option to send out just the wheels. We will have to pack up everything and deal with a return now plus the child has to wait even longer for the chair. Check the parts before assembling and give time for return and repurchasing , if needed for a gift.

Chair ordered quickly. No problems at all, and late night gaming is too easy. There are really good adjustments here. Only issue is you may become prone to falling asleep in it.
