This size of rug was HARD to find (12' square), so I was happy this size was available. The shipping was incredibly fast. I didn't get an email notification, though; it was waiting for me when I came home from work within just a few days. Also, I had to return a rug pad that I'd ordered at the same time that I couldn't use and the return process was very easy. Now, I do have two cons and this is primarily just because I had to order online and in person. The color is much brighter and lighter than it seemed to be online. I thought it would have a much more vintage "worn" look and it definitely has a bright, new look. Also, the texture is more like fake grass than a flat, smooth or soft surface. My husband likes it, though, and it would be too hard to ship something of this size back, so we are keeping it. In retrospect, I wish I'd ordered the Mink color.
