Picture quality is really good. But it keeps disconnecting & saying something went wrong try again. When I try playing recordings it also says something went wrong & won't play recordings. Does not pick up the motions more than 50percent of the time. I have sensitive level at max and still won't detect. . random times works really good & then back to no notifications or being able to play back recordings
Only use these cameras if you have a short line of sight to your Wi-Fi source!

Wi-Fi coverage distance is really short which makes the cameras unusable. I have several Wi-Fi extenders placed around my property, which places the cameras less than 60 feet from any single Wi-Fi source, and yet the cameras have difficulty maintaining a connection. In addition, any obstruction interfering from direct line of sight to a Wi-Fi source causes too much interference. I’m tired of arm wrestling with these cameras,so back they go to Lorex!

Seemed a bit temperamental to install, and I didn't realize there was no SD card so that drove me nuts for a while trying to figure out why no events were being saved. SD card on order, otherwise it's working good now!

This really is not what it seemed and is full of functional problems. Many of the settings are not available when the camera is battery operated, making it mostly useless. For example, it won't do vehicle detection, so I missed a whole bunch of important things. Also, the Lorex app in general is not really great as far as functions. I would really like to manually press record and put my phone away. But when I exit the app it stops recording. That just seems ridiculous. I really just wanted one simple camera to plug in and be able to record important things and maybe detect people showing up at my house or business. This battery camera is not it. Not sure that I want to try another one because of the app.

the installation and set-up process is not user friendly and needs to be simpler and clearer. I've had the system for a few weeks and finally was able to set aside hours to talk to your help team (they are very good) I now have them working and they seem to be very nice.

Compared to my existing Lorex Wi-Fi cameras this one has a very poor wifi range outdoors, even at 20-25 feet away no more connection. My other brand wifi camera works just perfect even at 100 ft distance.
