It was easy to put together. It took a minute to understand the instructions as they were a one page picture of the parts with letters indicating the assembly sequence. In spite of an error on the page, once I got the gist, it was intuitive. Assembly only took about 15 minutes.

Absolutely love this! The only thing I would change is to make the ends where you place your hats more like balls and a little larger as some of my flimsier hats want try to fall off so I have to play with them a little to get them to stay on.
