Kerastase Blond Absolu Cicaplasme Hair Heat-protecting Serum 5.1 oz

I really wanted to like this leave-in conditioner, but it was a complete disappointment. At first, it seemed fine, but after a few hours, the smell changed into something awful—almost rancid. By the next day, my hair smelled terrible, like old product buildup. Not only that, but it left my hair feeling sticky and clumped together, almost like it was glued. Instead of soft, manageable hair, it felt heavy and dirty. I tried using less product, but it made no difference. I had to wash my hair again just to get rid of the residue.

Love it, excellent heat protection and smells great.

Wow after first wash using this felt the difference. Felt healthy even after drying my hair. Loved it. Wish i bought earlier. Great product for bleached hair. I recommend.

I really wanted to like this product. I bought it because of the positive reviews. I have highlighted hair. It gave no protection when heat styling. My hair felt dry and breaking. The Kerastase Nector thermique is so much better.

My hair is naturaly wavy, some times it is a pain to style and control ... not anymore, this has got to be the best product I have bought for heat protection. I can now style my hair any way I choose and my style stays in place.. no fly away hair anymore .. just smooth flowing locks

OMG. The after-smell of this product when blow-drying or straightening is AWFUL. When using the products on wet hair, is amazing but why does it smell so bad after? I have highlighted blonde hair and it hasn't really helped with the Brassy look but I like the high heat protect! and maybe that is why the smell is so bad and intense?!! I don't know. Also, I am prone to greasy roots and as this product is cream base, it speeds up the process of greasy hairs, for me. :(

Love this blow dry cream it seals in any flyaways or minor breakage and makes the hair soft and smooth to the touch!

This makes a big difference to my grey hair, which can look a bit dull, but when I use the Cicaplasme, it makes the colour look a cool white. Not sure whether it has any styling properties to it, but think my hair feels a bit softer.

This product is one of the worst. Left my hair more damaged than if I haven’t used any heat protectant. Products from poundland do better job than that. Waste of money .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smooths my chemically processed blonde hair in high humidity. Just a little is needed to be effective (my hair is quite fine and frizzy). Lovely lightweight scent and texture. Doesn't weigh hair down. Good product for blondes.

If it’s primary objective is to protect hair from heat then that is really hard to review especially after 2 use!!! I have a 3 as a neautral score, not because I don’t think it’s good, I just think it’s really difficult to review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This can be used on wet hair as heat protection and also on dry hair as a finishing product. I tried both and was very pleased with the results. As a heat protector it works very well without weighing down hair. As a finishing product to smooth hair I loved it - added shine and stopped any flyaway hairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have fine, curly, highlighted hair - a frizz frenzy! I really enjoyed this product as a lot went a long way and the consistency was just perfect. Creamy (not sticky) and nourishing and hydrating. It defrizzes my hair on contact and keeps the frizz factor at bay, which is the bit that so many finishing products fail on - staying power! I love the purple, blonde friendly colour - I will definitely be purchasing this! LOVE IT!
