    Difficult to assemble. Instead of wood slats it has a tarp with nine metal slats inserted in the tarp.

    You better packing of materials and better assembly estimation

    One of the legs of the bed was scratched. It was packed in such a way that one metal item scratched another item. It took a lot longer to assemble than your web site stated. I can’t give you a review of the headboard since I still have to unpack it.

    Poor quality

    The veneer is poor quality and peeling at corners. The liner to support the mattress is made of material that causes squeaking noise when moving.

    Product assembly and quality.

    The bed was pretty easy to assemble except for the fabric that rolls over the side rails, it was too small in some areas and difficult to get the screw into the wood. There was also a small blemish on the footboard.

    Crossbeams don't fit

    When to build the bed and the majority of the crossbeams were at least inches to long with two being inches too short. Bad bad quality control.

    The part that is correct is great!

    I have only gotten the bed so far. The headboard was wrong size and wrong color. So far taken a week to pick up the old. We will see how long to get the new one.

    Slat cover too short

    Slat cover is too short. Slats not long enough to properly screw into frame rail. Frame is 4" shorter than mattress length. Headboard attaches with only 2 bolts.

    BE prepared!!!

    This is not a quick assembly. Not all of the screw holes are predrilled either. Bed seems to be good just not an easy assembly and it is HEAVY!!!!

    Size doesn't fit Mattress Properly.

    There's a huge gap between the headboard and the mattress, almost like the platform bed is too long for the standard size mattress. Pillows are constantly falling through the gap or we have to keep pushing the mattress up to the headboard causing a huge gap at the bottom of the bed. Odd.
