Ordered online. Item arrived completely disassembled in about 50 pieces. Directions were awful. Holes didn't line up and some places had no pre-drilled holes at all. Worked on for over 2 hours trying to put together. Finally packed it up and returned all the pieces to the store. Would NOT recommend this product.

Delivered with missing parts

Missing two wheels for a four-wheel vehicle. I noticed when I received the package the box said "box 1 of 2", but there was no second box delivered with it. I assume the missing wheels and probably other parts are in that second box that I never got. I was reluctant to order this since it's from a third party... I should have went with my gut feeling about this.
