Color sheds

I bought this for my outside deck area. I was deeply disappointed when I went to sweep the leaves from on top of it and all this blue colored powder came off with it! I had noticed blotches of blus on my deck I gather from the wind blowing it off the rug but having this toxic colorant all over my deck and then whenever I sweep having it fly up onto my deck and in my lungs "not good"!!!! I'm very upset about that and will return it. Hopefully this doesn't give me cancer!
