so cute but SO SMALL

i’m so sad because these shoes were exactly what i was looking for, they look & feel great! but they run SO small. i usually wear a 9 or 9.5, reviews said to size up so i went to 10 & they were just baaarely too small. so i ordered a size 11 & they’re exactly the same size as the 10?! the fit is somehow the exact same for being a whole size bigger. & they don’t have the color i want (brown oily) in size 12 :( i got the men’s version of this sandal for my husband & they’re much more true to size, except they don’t have the brown oily color. 3 stars because everything is wonderful except the sizing needs to be addressed.

Wrong Information

First of all, the sandels were NOT delivered to my home address. Let's get that straight. You are WRONG about that. They were supposed to be shipped to my house. Why were they delivered through USPS and to the Post Office where I live in Pine Mountain Club, CA? If a package does NOT have a PO Box # on it they send the package back. I went early. They open at 10 a.m. I arrived at 10:15 a.m. I had to beg the employees to give me my package. Everyone at the PO knows me. I was blessed that they gave it to me. Target ONLY ships to physical addresses so why in the blank would you send it USPS so it goes to the PO? I live in the mountains and we don't have mail delivered to our homes. As a third party shipper through Target you should ONLY be using UPS, FedEx or OnTrac since Target DOES NOT ship to PO Boxes. When I place an order through Target ONLINE it does NOT allow me to put my PO Box # anywhere. And I would NOT have expected the package to go to the PO. Your COMPANY and Target NEED TO BE on the same page when it comes to shipping packages. Get it together and make it right for the customer because the customer is always right!!! 😡

Love These!

I've never had a pair of sandals like these in part because my feet are fairly narrow and I didn't think they'd fit. But there are 5 or 6 holes in these straps and once I adjusted them to the second tightest hole, they were great. They do run a bit short. I wear an 11 in closed-toe shoes because I like a little room for my toes, and I can sometimes get away with a 10 in sandals. I got these in an 11 and am glad I did. They footbed is really comfortable and it's already conforming to my feet after a day. There's a bit of arch support. I definitely recommend.

Be sure tou want these

Item runs small, but the most annoying part is that you can’t return to store. You have to print a label, package yourself, and return to a UPS or FedEx store which is the last thing I want to do with my time. Do not recommend buying unless you can try them on beforehand. Such a hassle.
