Primary Kids Legging 3-pack in Violet Mix Size 7

The waistband on these is almost 2 inches smaller than the cozy leggings, both size 6. My kid is extra skinny, and they are tight! I bought 9 pairs, so this was not a bad luck of the draw. They are all very tiny. The largest was the navy and white stripe option, but even those are almost an inch smaller than the cozy leggings.

These are the only tights we buy now for our 4-year daughter and have been buying them for the last 4 years. They are durable, keep their color long, and too cute. Can't say enough about them! We do 2 big orders a year as she grows and order all the colors. :) She's now 4, 3ft 4 inches and thin but has long legs so we go with the 5 and it fits great.

I’ve purchased these leggings in many colours several times now. They are my daughter’s favourite leggings. They wash very well and last the whole year.

Inconsistent sizing

Thick band and thick enough pants. They’re not see through like other big chain store leggings. Will be buying more as my girls grow up.

We buy these leggings every year for our kids - they hold up really well, last all winter, and we don’t end up with tears or stretched out knees.

They're nice pants but they run small (3T in other brands is good or a little loose on my child and in this brand it's quite tight on the belly) and the fabric is not super soft

I’ve been shopping at Primary for many years and love, love, love their leggings. They are substantial, comfortable, and durable. I have to give this pack a lower rating, however, because the leggings weren’t dyed properly. After the first washing the purple dye had washed out leaving pinkish blotches on the leggings. The blue has the same problem (faded blue blotches), although it isn’t as noticeable. Otherwise the leggings seem to be the same fabric and construction—just disappointed that the rich saturated colors didn’t make it through the first wash.

Bought a 3T for my 2 yo and they got holes in random spots them after 1-2 wears. Not from falls, or anything.

Nice fabric, sturdy waistband. Beautiful colors! Size up if you want a pant-like fit. True-to-size I can see the tag through the fabric and they fit more like tights. I will definitely buy again, but sized up!

We tried these on straight out of the packaging and they looked like they had length to spare, but since washing them they are sitting awkwardly above my 5 year old’s ankles. This is frustrating as I spent the extra money on these because I was hoping they would last us at least half the school year. We ordered a size 6, and size 6 in other brands is still working fine for her.

These are now our preferred leggings after about 6 months. We were buying from two other well-known companies for years (one budget company and one high-end company). However, last year, we started seeing holes in new pairs CONSTANTLY after just one or two wears. Our child is active, but she isn't THAT active. I was hesitant to try another brand and was just trying to persuade my child to wear jeans. She really prefers leggings, though. After about 6 months of trying these, I am extremely happy with them and glad I tried them. I like the wide waistband that helps them stay up comfortably. They are much tougher (no holes in any of the pairs to date if my memory serves me correctly). They also hold their color much better than the other high-end company, and are more stain-resistant somehow. (We have already had a blue acrylic paint incident involving the new raspberry pair we have but it all washed out with a pre-treat. That was not the case with the previous high-end brand.) The ones I bought several months ago all still look brand new after all being worn each week (she even loves them during the summer). I am only buying more now because she had a sudden growth spurt. All in all, I am very happy with them and hope Primary continues making them the same way.
