Disappointed

Chair is not comfy cozy it’s hard and disappointing. The Ottoman is terrible. The design of the ottoman with the slats and Velcro is just awful. It makes getting in and out of that ottoman just terrible inconvenient and there isn’t as much space as I had anticipated for storage. I’m considering returning but will need to reach out to customer service I guess because we could never get it into the box. Everything was vacuum sealed, and everything is put together now so I don’t know what to do about returning it definitely not worth the price.

However, please allow us to explain that the chair uses foam filling, after long-term compression, it may feel firm when first used, as the foam hasn’t fully expanded. We recommend letting it sit for a while and gently patting it to help the foam fluff up completely—this should significantly improve comfort. We also sincerely appreciate your feedback.
