damaged twice!

received 2 of these after returning the first one and both had black scuff marks and damage on them. very disappointed

Our products are carefully inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition before packing and shipping. Due to the special nature of glass products and the rough handling during transit, along with the resulting friction and squeezing, the issues you mentioned can unfortunately occur. You can try rubbing the surface of the mirror with toothpaste to see if it helps. If the scuff marks and damage are still significant, please send pictures of the defective areas to targetml@outlook.com.
