Cute but assembly is frustrating

I purchased the table in black marble and like it (aesthetically). The black isn’t super saturated so it looks a little more dark grey, but that’s okay with me. The assembly of this coffee table is annoying though. The fasteners ended up coming out on one side when I flipped the table right side up, and on the other side I couldn’t get one fastener secured properly despite me following the instructions. Since I like the look of the coffee table, I just added L-brackets to the underside instead of returning it.

Terrible product - pieces break at assembly

Pieces are hard to assemble, granted the two levels are expected, this is definitely a two person job. Without two people, the heavy pieces break the hardware and/or the hardware gets stuck in the assembly grooves. Table lasted five days before a cup being placed on it broke the lower level clean off.

Beautiful coffee table!
