Oh guys this neck massager did the trick for a busy mom who cosleeps and somehow manages to carry all my stress in my neck this helped work out those deep pinched nerves better than any other expensive massage tool. The heat feels amazing. I love the weight of it in my neck and shoulders. This is made well. Easy to use. Easy to clean if you feel like you have oily skin or dry skin. Also comes with a car charger which is a game changer for my family with the very long road trips we do!

I seriously don’t know how I lived without this thing. The Nekteck massager feels like having a personal masseuse on call 24/7. The shiatsu nodes hit all the right spots on my neck and shoulders, and the heat option makes it extra cozy (perfect after a long day). I’ve even used it on my lower back and legs—it’s super versatile. It’s strong enough to work out real tension but not overwhelming, and you can control the pressure just by leaning in or pulling back a bit. Honestly, it’s become part of my nightly routine—Netflix + this massager = heaven. Highly recommend if you want to treat yourself without paying spa prices!

The NekTeck Neck and Back massager is a great addition to anyone’s self care routine. The fit is a little awkward at first but you get used to it once the massager starts working its magic. There are a couple different settings for your comfort level. The heat isn’t hot enough for my liking but could be just fine for others. My husband and I both used and he liked it more than I did. He uses it every day now.

This Shiatsu massager is great for the neck. There are multiple settings and speeds - including heat. I don't love the way it feels on my back, but that's just me. It felt like it could bruise me if I used it too much. I think my spine is just too boney. My husband loves it on his neck, back and even his legs and hips. Keep in mind that this does need to be plugged in to use.

The Nekteck Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager is a highly effective tool for relieving muscle tension in the neck, shoulders and back. Its powerful motor maintains consistent performance, even under heavily applied pressure. With three adjustable intensity levels, it absolutely delivers and I’ve been thoroughly impressed by both its power and performance. The forearm straps offer both comfort and precise control over pressure and positioning, wherever you need it. The 15 minute auto-shutoff timer ensures safety and provides sufficient time for a session though, for me, a longer duration would be ideal. Overall, this portable, user-friendly massager is a fantastic choice for deep tissue massage, relief or relaxation.

This fancy device feels great and is easy to use. With the added addition of heat you can get a nice deep tissue massage at home. It is fairly bulky so best used in a chair or with strong back support. The buttons aren’t in the best place though. I’m constantly accidentally turning the heat and settings off and on. Overall great at home device but leaves a bit to be desired in regard to positioning and use.

Nice size product that has pockets that you put your hands in to pull it down for more or less pressure on the back of your neck. Comfortable and lightweight with three massaging disc's to penetrate deep tissue massage and a control pad. Feels wonderful!

this neck and back massager is not that comfortable and mostly inconvenient. There is not strap for the wrap to stay on. You physically have to hold it in place for the body part being worked on. also the power cord is very easy to pull out of jack so i was reconnecting a lot. I didn't find it to be very comfortable at all and slightly painful on back and neck. i did try my leg and stomach- worked great for stomach and menstrual cramps. The level button didn't really seem to have a different in speed. Also i wasn't sure what the point was for reversing the circulation. Heat option was great- just the right temp.
