[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great alternative to taking Ibuprofen or Tylenol, which are hard on the liver. This actually eases cramps and comforts, and I love knowing that I'm not doing more damage to my body, but instead feeding it nourishment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm only taking this acutely during my period. While it does not numb all pain like OTC pain relievers, it has mildly reduced my cramps. I do have to take it at max dosage. I know that natural remedies are not necessarily going to perform like OTC drugs, so that is not a knock against the tincture. I give 4 stars only because my body does not get 100% relief, which means my body needs more assistance with healing the root cause. This tincture is satisfactory for me, as I do not use OTC pain relievers and understand the sometimes slow nature of natural remedies.

This stuff relieves my cramps within an hour after taking. Medication quite working me a few years ago(making me sick & also making cramps worse) so I was searching for something like this, all natural, that would work. I would just suffer and the whole day was wasted rolling around in bed in agony and vomiting sometimes. Then i got pregnant and this was on my list to get as soon as the periods started back up again. Well they did right away 2 months after the birth. This has been a miracle worker for my life. I’m so thankful. I also use hot water bottles & tiger balm & another roll on period essential oil blend.

I have used other products in the past with my patients, but this offers a better taste, more herbal support and often do not have to use as much as with other products to achieve benefits. Highly recommend for all those stubborn menstrual cramping. I have even prescribed for general abdominal cramping due to IBS and other similar conditions. Patients have responded well to it.

I’ve been giving this Cramp Release for a year now, if she takes it a day or two Before predicted Moon Time, it works wonders to relieve the discomfort. If taken the first day of it takes about a day to fully take effect.

This is the only thing that REALLY worked. I get awful cramps and cramp release eradicates them. I have bought bottles upon bottles and share them with friends and family whenever they have cramps. THIS WORKS. And if you have experienced cramp pain, I know you know how hard it is to get it under control. I cannot say enough good things about this product, my only wish was that I could go back in time and have a stockpile for those days when cramps hit and I was out of this. There really is no relief comparable to this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m the crunchy mom - although my daughter’s friends have a new one I hadn’t hear - “butter mom” (i. e. usually crunchy, but doesn’t freak out over the occasional bakery goods with real sugar and full on gluten). Anyway, I have not taken Midol in years, but when my teenage daughter started having progressively worse cramps, I had her try this out of desperation before letting her get addicted to a conventional med. She kind of rolled her eyes (she knew how fast-acting the conventional stuff worked), and asked if it was similar to say that quinoa tastes just like rice. (I still haven’t been able to convince the kids of that one. ) One time trying it and she said it knocked her cramps out in 30 min!!! She said it is actually more effective than the conventional stuff :)

This product blocks cramp pain right after ingesting, providing much needed relief that lasts for many hours. Menstrual related issues are hard to deal with, and even harder to find actual solutions for that live up to what is promised. This product is a genuine help.

I've used the Cramp Release for few cycles now, and it works better and faster than OTC meds. I didn't even need it this last month. My sister tried it too, and said the same thing.

I have been looking for something natural to use instead of ibuprofen for menstrual cramps for years. Several things have worked ok, but this formula out performed those by far. Timing and amount of servings is important,(right at the beginning of cramping, 1 serving and then another 10 or 15 minutes later and another 10 or 15 minutes after that, usually does the trick). I also like that it's a formula that I don't have to take everyday, I can take it "in the moment" and it works. I've used it the past two months and it really helps. My new favorite from this brand <3

My daughters have extremely painful periods. One has pain to the point she throws up and can hardly get out of bed. I saw this and, having tried everything medically, wanted to try it.
