You can use them for any gardening job or anything that requires wearing gloves. It has a nice leather strap for a better grip and reinforcement. They are very light weight so your hands don’t get tired. It has a nice solid stitching so you know they will last long. The material is very solid and these will be my new go to gloves.

Looking over them, I saw the expected palm patch, and they certainly looked like leather/cowhide. They were not stiff, felt like cowhide and they looked quite durable. The gloves fit my hand well, and were comfortable, even when clenched, no abrasive inner stitching. I did some yard work using the gloves, including moving some 2x4s, a few large rocks, pulling weeds and trimming some roses. The roses had some huge thorns, so I could evaluate if the gloves were puncture resistant. As you can see in the photo, they were. After I finished, I checked out the seams and all were intact. These Wells Lamont gloves are great and I will be buying a pair to keep at my daughter’s house for when I need to do work there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the most comfortable work gloves I have ever worn. They are super soft yet very durable. Been raking leaves and general yard work. They are water resistant and have the already broken in feel, not stiff or uncomfortable at all.

These bend so well I considered a career in hand modeling. They are rugged and built to survive chopping wood or opening an Influenster box. They are true to size. My fingers immediately found their assigned seats. These are soft, but tough enough to remind splinters who is boss. My hands have never felt so employable.

The weight feels just right, sturdy enough to feel durable and protective but not so heavy that it's uncomfortable to wear for long periods. The design is clean and practical with the slip-on wrist making them easy to get on and off while still fitting securely. Sizing runs true giving it a comfortable fit without feeling tight or restrictive. wearability is great overall. They break in nicely and stay comfortable during extended use. The flexibility is good even before the break-in period, and the slip-on closure makes them very easy to put on.

Really, there’s not much more I could ask for. As far as longevity goes, time will tell how well the soft leather will last, but given proper care, I see no reason to think they wouldn’t at least justify the price of purchase.

Very comfortable has good padding for when you’re grabbing things that are sharp. I do wish they were a bigger size my hands are big but they fit decent and get the job done.

Overall they’ve held up very well, and expect them to last much longer than the normal rubber coated cloth gloves I have around.
