Irina Rommel is a research associate at the Department of Vocational Education Studies at Osnabrück University, Germany. Dietmar Frommberger is professor for Vocational Education at the Department of Vocational Education Studies at Osnabrück University, Germany. Daniel Láscarez Smith is director of Pedagogical Training at the Centre for Pedagogical Training and Educational Technology at the National Technical University, Alajuela, Costa Rica.
