I've ordered multiple rugs from rugs.com and have never been disappointed. This is a great quality rug, colors are muted not bright, which is what I was looking for, and it came rolled, not folded, which meant no wrinkles to work out.

Great rug. The colors were spot on, it came packaged compactly, and seems very high quality. Definitely make sure you order a rug pad to go underneath it to keep it in place and provide additional cushioning when putting the rug on a hard surface. Would definitely purchase this again.

The rug looks great and seems to be built nicely. However, the label printed on the bottom of the rug mentions a pile height of 8mm which is <1/3" whereas the product details section on the website suggests a pile height of 1/2". Keep that in mind if plushness is important to you.

I really like the rug and the pad, but I was disappointed the the tan color in the rug was not a deeper color, closer to a gold color, like the pictures show. If rugs.com could send out swatches of the rug for a minimal price, it would help customers decide whether or not to buy a particular rug. Otherwise, I'm happy with the rug.

We ordered this rug/runner as an upgrade for our hallway rug. It's of great quality, has a very pretty design and compliments our decor. The low pile is on the plush side but not so high that it creates a tripping hazard. I did use rug tape to hold the ends down while the rug settled. More than 100% satisfied!
