This dress was way more dressy than I was expecting. I thought it would be a kind of casual wear dress but when I opened the package, the material and the design definitely feel dressier. It is very cute for a spring or summer baby shower. Unfortunately I am getting this with kiddo number two so won’t need it for that. But I loved the lavender color, the beautiful pattern and the texture. The cut of the neckline and the stitching to accommodate the belly makes it a bit more of a chesty dress but not overally so. I also can definitely see this being great postpartum. I am wearing a L which is my pre pregnancy dress size and it fit great. I also think that wearing this in the second trimester you wouldn’t even really be able to tell someone is pregnant
