Terrible packaging

Complete disaster with shipping. No hardware, legs, or support beams included. Also no instruction manual was sent. Am now sleeping on floor til they can get me a replacement. Super disappointed

Please note these parts are stored in a storage compartment behind the headrest. Carefully pull back the velcro cover and take out the parts, they are stored this way to prevent damages during shipping and provide more compact packaging. If you have already checked the storage compartment and still need assistance please be sure to contact customer support for further assistance as needed.
