Looks great until you try to use it. Theres no instructions for the remote so idk if it doesn’t work or if I’m doing it wrong. It looks like there’s a button or touch sensor on the base, but it doesn’t do anything. I couldn’t get any of the different light settings, only the very dull red that came on when I plugged it in-think a red light on a remote. None of the other light features worked. Couldn’t turn it off. Literally could do nothing other than plug in and unplug. The description mentions water, but nothing in the directions. The directions essentially say put crystals in glass and plug in, which I wouldn’t imagine they’d need more info, but being nothing else works, I don’t know if it’s broken or if I’m missing a crucial step of some sort? The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of one is because if the lights worked as expected, it would be pretty.
