I use vanilla beans to make my own double strength vanilla extract. I use the beans to make my own vanilla syrup too for iced coffee and lattes. The exhausted beans are then dried then added to granulated sugar to create the best vanilla scented sugar for cookies and brownies. A great product!

I normally do not use vanilla beans because I thought I could get the same vanilla flavor from extract. I just love the extra flavor from the beans. Just scrape the inside out and add to almost anything where you want a really vanilla flavor.

I noticed a definitely bonus in the flavor from the high quality vanilla. Not only are they great, but they're from one of my favorite towns Ft Collins, Colorado! I'm always happy to support a FoCo business. Overall, I could not be more pleased. These are totally worth it for the epic flavor. Delicious! and aromatic!

They had great flavor and added a lot to both of my treats that I made. I had never used real vanilla beans before, but I definitely understand why people use them instead of vanilla extract. They had great flavor!

Not as easy as pouring the extract in but the taste was worth it. We used this in bread pudding and it was gone within minutes. I like that the beans are in a jar and they store well.

It was super easy to open and scrape them which gave me a really good amount of vanilla. Super impressed as it has a nice creamy and smooth taste and rich flavor. Absolutely of a great quality. Will get it again.
