2 of 3 leaked and returned

I purchased 3 of these and 2 of 3 leaked and were returned. Maybe they're selling returned as defective shower heads. I'm done trying these. They leaked from the arm at both bend points. Yup, probably a washer, but should I have to run to another store to fix a brand new item? NO, returned.
